KEYNOTE: Data Collection & Analysis for Patient Safety

Join patient safety expert Dr. Gerry Castro, PhD, MPH from the Society to Improve Diagnostic Medicine as he talks in depth on safety event reporting processes, including key elements to developing a good patient safety system and the importance of routine review and analysis. We will also explore how organizational culture is key to patient safety, and provide insights on how you can evaluate and improve your patient safety efforts.

The Healthcare SafetyZone® Analysis Wizard has tools that give your organization quick insights into areas that require immediate attention. This session will cover in-depth utilization of the Analysis Wizard including the creation of dynamic dashboards that can provide high-level snapshots for board meetings and everyday reference.

The SafetyZone system contains an extensive library of pre-built reporting templates informed by decades of client experiences touching every segment of healthcare delivery.
