Join patient safety expert Dr. Gerry Castro, PhD, MPH from the Society to Improve Diagnostic Medicine as he talks in depth on safety event reporting processes, including key elements to developing a good patient safety system and the importance of routine review and analysis. We will also explore how organizational culture is key to patient safety, and provide insights on how you can evaluate and improve your patient safety efforts.
