STATE-WIDE PATIENT SAFETY PROGRAMS

For the past few years, Clarity's RQS team has developed and operated a custom program working with the state of North Dakota Center for Rural Health and 19 of the state's Critical Access Hospitals. As part of the program Heather holds bi-monthly meetings to discuss initiatives and resource development based on the group's goals and Clarity's recommendations. Past initiatives have included:

• Revision of medication error incident reporting questions to narrow down process issues
• Establishment of a Workplace Violence incident reporting form
• An in-person presentation on Behavioral Health

EDUCATION SESSIONS

Clarity's RQS team regularly hosts sessions that create opportunities for providers to share best practices and engage in a variety of activities. Past sessions have included:
