The Climate: The benefits of utilizing an electronic risk management information system for incident reporting, data analysis, and workflow management are quite clear, and difficult for today's healthcare providers to ignore. That was not always the case, especially in the arena of hospice and home care, where lower incidence rates can make the value proposition of a new electronic reporting solution unclear.
