Rick Ulmer, Senior Vice President, Sales
Rick is a seasoned insurance industry and sales executive. Prior to joining Clarity Group, Inc., he served in executive leadership roles in both the professional liability insurance and information technology industries. Rick has built strong sales organizations and has consistently produced sustainable solutions for his clients and solid financial performance for his companies. His sales acumen has enhanced the growth trajectory of maturing companies and young companies alike, and his passion for innovation and quality is matched only by the high integrity he brings to his roles. His healthcare professional liability insurance industry perspective comes from a variety of leadership and sales experiences with corporations including MMI Companies, where he was President, MMI Agency, Inc., AON and Johnson & Higgins (now Marsh). Rick received his BS in Business Administration from West Chester University, West Chester, PA.
