Debra Weber, RN, MN, JD, Director, Claims Management

 

Debra (Debby) Weber is a seasoned Risk and Claims Manager with more than 15 years experience in both large and community based healthcare settings. Prior to joining Clarity, Debby held senior risk management positions with Centegra Health System and Evanston Northwestern Hospital in Illinois, and with the University of California San Diego Medical Center and Sharp Healthcare in San Diego, California. Before Debby moved into the Healthcare Risk and Claims Management, she worked extensively in various healthcare settings where she gained clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, intensive care and emergency medicine. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and her Masters in Nursing from University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in San Diego and is a Member of the Illinois Bar.
